Wednesday Night Walk
Quarry Road track, Hornsby

Participants: Chris, Mary & Karl plus half the Acid Girls - Alison and Clare
12.5k, +/- 320m, firetrail, 2:16 hrs for an average 5.6 km/hr.

A 6:40 start, saw us back home in time for the 2nd half of the origin game - Go the Blues!!

Our first effort blew a few cobwebs away.

The three of us walked while Alison ad Clare jogged off into the dark - by the end of the night they had added at least another 4k and +/- 150m to our totals above. A pleasant temperature and a full moon made it all pass quickly.

Managed to develop a hotspot in shoes that have served me well to this point. Need to sort that out.
