Apologies for blogging this site with TW info but this ladies have been my training partners and assisted in bringing my fitness up to stratch. They have had an amazing run so far and are 20 mins ahead of their sched for 17:30. After 70k Clare is "tired". Allison and Zoe are fresh as daisies. Danielle in in a bit of pain. They face a full high tide now on the track from Cascades to Roseville Bridge via middle harbour. I reckon thay will be looking for a shoe swap at the next stop

They are leading the other 76 ladies teams with the closest 45 mins behind to best of our knowledge
